Apply here! --> Primary Objective of Position Provide an outstanding personalized welcome to every guest and exceed guest expectations by providing professional, efficient and courteous service in accordance with the Four and Five diamond/star standards. Job Responsibilities Coordinates the storage and maintenance of beach equipment and bicycles Greets guests promptly and with a friendly and upbeat demeanor Assists guest with obtaining beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys. Log guest check out of bikes and ensure they are back in time and all equipment are accounted for Keeps beach equipment, towels and bicycles constantly stocked and advise Supervisors when equipment is running low. Replenish coffee area in the morning as needed Report final inventory at the end of shift to Supervisor and determine if we need to follow-up with any guest on missing rentals Maintains the upkeep and appearance of the hotel lobby and entrance Replaces promotional items as needed Performs light cleaning in the lobby and entrances by picking up litter, emptying ashtrays and properly arranging furniture. Keeps valet parking stand and beach equipment storage clean Job Skills • Carry out specific oral or written instructions, frequently following a routine. • Do the same task over and over, frequently in the same way. • Lift, carry and move things like beach equipment and bikes LAZ Parking participates in E-Verify.
