We have career opportunities for responsible, hard-working people to assist in installing foundation repair solutions for both residential and commercial jobs. Position Description: Being a part of the Ram Jack team requires you to be willing to work outdoors, endure physical labor, and work safely with a team in foundation repair. Previous experience in construction, remodeling, foundation repair, grading, and site work is a bonus. Day-to-Day Operations: • Use of manual and motorized equipment for digging holes for installing piles on both residential and commercial jobs. • Drive work truck • Loading and unloading trucks (equipment, hoses, steel piles, etc.) • Reliable transportation to get to the office/job site every day • Must be able to lift 50-90 pounds • Opportunity for advancement to Foreman for the right candidate Required Experience: • Construction field experience is preferred but will consider hands-on experience in other related fields • Need to be willing to learn to operate machinery such as (demo hammers, chipping hammers, hydraulics and pump cart, excavators) • Willingness to learn and grow within the company • Clean driving record • Clean background check Pay Scale: • $16-$25 Based on experience.
