This position is full time with full company benefits. Requires experience we can verify as a Day Porter/Custodian. Duties include picking up grounds daily to include trash/debris, spraying to kill weeds, cleaning offices and restrooms, painting, reporting issues of concern to Maintenance Supervisor, assisting maintenance staff when needed. Requires 1-2 years experience in basic maintenance and porter duties. Have basic knowledge of cleaning properties, painting, basic maintenance. Apply only if you meet these posted requirements.
