Landscape Maintenance worker

Full time position as a landscape maintenance worker leaving from and returning to Clairemont every day. Must speak English, must have several years experience in landscape maintenance. If you're not a landscaper then please don't bother contacting me. Must be familiar with irrigation timers, sprinklers, nozzles and drip systems and know how to do at least minor repairs. Must be skilled at mowing, edging/weed whacking, blowing, weeding, detailing plants, use of chemicals for lawns/weeds/groundcover/insects. Must be able to show up on time every day and complete the required work in the amount of time allowed daily. There will often be opportunities to work weekends for more money. I pay up to $20/hour on side jobs depending on your skill level and depending on the type of work that is required. Job currently pays $15/hour. I am also considering hiring someone with their own truck and equipment and paying them a higher rate to cover their expenses such as gas, use of their equipment, maintenance, etc.. Must be consistently reliable, dependable, and able to communicate via phone calls and text messages in a timely manner. I'm looking for someone long term, and in a few years I will be looking to sell my business to the right person when I retire.
