Description
Window cleaning position available immediately for part-time to start, can go to full time for the right person.
Experience is helpful but not necessary.
Requirements:
Must be 18+ years of age.
Able to lift/carry at least 50lbs.
Able to climb and work on ladders from 2ft. to 24ft.
Able to walk and work on roofs.
Must have a neat appearance and be able to communicate with clients.
Able to work outdoors all day.
Must have reliable transportation and have your own cell phone.
Must be honest, hard-working and punctual.
Must be able to accept instruction and be able to learn a new skill.
Duties will be:
Window cleaning residential and commercial properties
Pressure washing
Gutter cleaning
Solar panel cleaning
Occasionally clean light fixtures, fans, etc.
