Join us for a one hour Mommy and Me yoga session this Mother’s Day Sunday May 9th. Give yourself the gift of relaxation and fitness this Mother’s Day. All moms and kids under 18 free (everyone else $10 to drop in). We will have coloring activities for the kids if they get bored. Bring your yoga mat and water bottle if needed.
