I am looking to build a wall fountain on exterior block wall to block noise. Approximately 5 feet high by maybe 7 feet. You have to have knowledge of plumbing to feed water to it, Masonry, and electricity experience to connect pump. And any experience in this type of project. Please text me if you think you can do it.
