Small, family owned custom sign shop (in Gilbert near Guadalupe and Cooper) is looking for a few amazing Sign Installers & Shop Workers Experience with ADA, prepping and applying vinyl to various substrates (weeding, taping etc.), basic electrical, masonry, installation work, fine detail work, construction, working with tools, inventory lists and product packaging is beneficial. Experience welding, running CNC or fabrication is a plus! Excellent manual dexterity is a requirement (able to efficiently handle small parts). Applicants Must: Be able to work in the heat Be able to repeatedly lift at least 50 pounds Have working knowledge of hand tools and general shop equipment Have a mechanical aptitude Have a good work ethic, attitude and be a team player. Be dependable (be here on time, good attendance, able to follow thru with directions) Be comfortable with heights- working on ladders and lifts Be clean and organized Able to stand all day Be willing to help out with any tasks as needed- including other areas of the shop or on installs Hours- IDEALLY FULL TIME, BUT OPEN TO PART TIME Hours are Monday - Friday- start times vary- sometimes as early at 5am. There may be instances where you may need to come in early and/or stay late to finish a job. Installers generally work a little earlier- sometimes as early as 5a in the summer! Benefits Benefits package for full time employees (after 90 days) includes: Paid time off, paid sick time, paid holidays, AFLAC, paid dental insurance and steel toed boot credit. (no health insurance). Location Near Cooper & Guadalupe in Gilbert Compensation $15 - $20 hourly depending on prior experience and abilities
