Pool Service Technician Who we are looking for: Our next Pool Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining all the swimming pools and spas on their route, including: balancing water chemistry, cleaning, and monitoring customer equipment. Training: No experience necessary, as we are happy to train you. At the conclusion of your probationary period, a 2-day Pool Operations course to advance your knowledge in water safety and proper procedures will be required, and provided. Employment vs Contractor: This role is a W-2 Employee position. We provide a weekly schedule, work shirt, company vehicle, fuel, chemicals, support from Management, and the tools & supplies needed to be a successful Pool Service Technician. Daily Schedule: This position will start as a part time position, and expand to full time as your route grows. On average, work days are 4-8 hours a day for 5 days a week, Monday-Friday. This is a year round position. There is potential for overtime 7 days a week (optional). Salary (All): $16-18 per hour, depending on experience ($16 per hour during 90-day probationary period) Commission & bonus incentives Benefits & sick pay as required by law Salary (Full time): Vacation time accrual after 1 year of employment If you are the Pool Service Technician we are looking for, YOU...
