Need 2 men to load 16ft moving truck

I need 2 men to load a 16ft moving truck on 5/6/21. I'm up one flight of stairs in a 2 bedroom apartment that does not have a lot of furniture. It will be ready to go. I've gotten some ridiculous quotes. I just want it loaded properly. I'm will not pay $400 for 2 men for 2 hours of work and that is one quote that I got. Please respond to , text only please for now. Thanks :) Scammers don't even bother.
