If you seek a stable and consistent income and a career path where promotions and continuous growth are possible, The Liberty Group is seeking Grounds Keepers, Make Ready and Maintenance Technicians for openings throughout the Austin area, Killeen, Temple, Waco, Kyle, Buda and San Marcos. ☀ Grounds Keeper/Porters can expect to earn $15-$16hr. This entry-level position is a fantastic way to moving-up through apartment maintenance ranks! Pool certification (CPL) a HUGE plus! Maintain apartment community's grounds, assist maintenance team and address common areas via janitorial and lawn care tasks. 🔨 Make Ready Technicians can expect to earn $16/hr - $17/hr. If you have good remodeling experience, this is a great way to utilize your skills while being a part of a stable and consistent industry! The Make Ready Technician ensures that vacant units meet the established quality standards for re-leasing by performing technical and mechanical work. 🔧 Maintenance Technicians can expect to earn $16/hr - $21/hr. EPA (min level II) and pool certification (CPL) a HUGE plus! They are responsible for emergency/unscheduled repairs to apartment homes and community property during business and off-hours. Maintenance Technicians also perform routine/scheduled preventive maintenance tasks. All positions require candidate to have a driver's license and reliable transportation.
