Found Deaf, declawed muted tortoise shell cat

Description

Found very affectionate tortoise shell cat. Female, declawed, deaf, smokey grey with light orange markings, a white muzzle and a very loud meow. She also has an unusually shaped nose. I think she may have been missing for awhile as she was extremely skinny and dehydrated. Not sure of her age. She may have been hit by a car as she seems to have issues with her hips.
