Groundskeeper Growing real estate owner/operator seeks energetic groundskeeper to keep the grounds of our apartment communities neat and clean. Primary Responsibilities The Groundskeeper will keep the trash compactor clean, river rock swept in beds, pick up trash, keep pet pick up stations emptied and other exterior tasks throughout the community. The Groundskeeper will keep grounds free from trash, litter, debris, and weeds. You will maintain equipment and supplies. To be successful in this role you need to ensure grounds are pleasant at all times, while maintaining equipment and hand tools. Top candidates are hard-working, meticulous and patient. Groundskeeper Requirements: • Valid driver’s license. • Free from allergies that interfere with Groundskeeper duties. • Ability to follow instructions.
