Covid update: ---Most of us have gotten our vaccine shots, so it is becoming safer to practice. ---We practice in a park all masked and stay safely more than 6ft away. ---Due to Covid, we can't teach you so your skills have to be up to the challenge. Expect to show us what you know. We are a Community (Brazilian) Percussion band of about twenty or more drummers and dancers. If you have snare or bass drumming experience from marching band or drumline, we'd love for you to come and introduce yourself. Requirements: Sticking technique. We will not teach you basic sticking. We expect you will show us some basic stick control in order for us to proceed with training you. Willingness to learn a new snare technique (Brazilian feel does not work with the western sticking).
