Career Strategies is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Tech in the Fort Collins area that can start immediately! We pay WEEKLY! Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5 Pay Rate: $17-$18/hr Apartment Maintenance is responsible for general maintenance. Excellent customer service experience required. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times. Must have a MIN. of 1 year of Maintenance/Handy Man Experience Will be responsible for overseeing: · Electrical · Plumbing · HVAC (HVAC certification a plus but not required) · Carpentry · Drywall · Painting · Appliance repair and a variety of maintenance tasks, including cleaning up the grounds, at our communities.
