We are looking for full or part time cleaners/ sanitizers for residential locations in or near downtown Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Not just cleaning, but full Hospitality employees. YOUR OWN CAR IS NECESSARY, as you will be going from building to building or different work areas during the day if needed. All within a 2-3 miles radius. Requirements: -Must have flexible schedule, be reliable and on time and GREAT COMMUNICATION -have a great eye for cleanliness and sanitization -can deep clean, wipe, vacuum, mop (Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, floors and furniture) -properly take care of multiple loads of laundry and fold towels and beddings Previous cleaning experience would be nice, but not required. As long as you are thorough in your work and is a quick learner. You will be working predominantly in residential and airbnb units. The pay is CASH. Hours are EVERYDAY (if available) most of the work is done between 10am-3pm ****We are looking for people who don't mind working with others or alone we provide the following and almost everything you need - products and cleaning / sanitization equipments -washer and dryer in most units or are on the same floor as the units -storage area for extra clean towels and beddings to make job easier -parking -opportunity to make good money -pay is per unit. $35-$100 for studio, 1bedroom, 2bedroom or 3bedroom units. most units are able to be cleaned within 1-2 hours -cleaning experience is preferred-you must be able to work unsupervised -we are looking for immediate hire If interested, please let me know: Your name Where you live Best way to reach you (text preferred) What are your availabilities Any previous cleaning experience?
