Employment type: Full-Time Retail - Delivery Driver, Hardware Store (Customer Service) Well established Hardware Store in Los Angeles looking for: Delivery Driver Customer Service Position Full time Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Primary Job Requirements: - Must have clean driving record and current drivers license. - Must have excellent people skills. - Must have good English speaking and writing skills. - Must be able to handle 50# of weight occasionally. - Must be able to be on feet for prolonged periods of time. - Must be able to climb stepladders and stairs to mezzanine. - Must have High School education or equivalent. Primary Job Duties: - Driving; making deliveries to customers, handling material with care. - Helping In-Store customers with their material and purchase needs. - Helping customers select and load material, occasional pipe (copper, pvc, etc.). - Warehouse duties when not helping customers (stocking, etc). - Perform other duties as required. This job will be a split-function job. Part of the day will be spent driving, part of the day will be spent in store as a sales associate.
