CORE-MARK POSITION TITLE: Dry Room Inventory / Driver Check-In REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager SHIFT HOURS: Monday - Friday 09:00 am - 5:30 pm SUMMARY: Receives, unloads and verifies product/totes returned by the Drivers. Process customer credits. STARTING PAY: $15.50 hr. SKILLS/ EDUCATION/ REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Equivalent on the job training and experience. • AS400 Experience a plus • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills • Must be able and able to work independently to complete time sensitive assignments. • Must have a working knowledge in the use of Powered Industrial Equipment. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Adheres to receiving procedures. • Check in Route drivers upon returning from Deliveries • Separate, palletize, locate and prepare; pallets, trays, crates, returns, etc., for return to designated areas. • Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate and all returned goods are properly identified and staged for processing. • Process and scan returns timely to ensure accuracy of the Dry Room inventory & customer credits. • Maintain a clean, orderly workstation. • Ensure Dry Room return accuracy • Excellent Communication with drivers and department Managers. • Notifies other staff / stock personal of non-located items on paperwork for required storage. • Performs all tasks in compliance with Core-Mark safety policy and OSHA requirements. • Performs other duties as required. The employee must regularly lift a/o move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift a/o move 25 lbs., and occasionally lift a/o move up to 75 lbs.
