Summary/Objective This position is responsible for supporting all activities in the warehouse for an efficient, storing, preparing, packing and shipping process of Silipint products. Sometimes, this position will also require assistance to the printing team for screen burning, washing and reclaiming. Position Requirements Full-time preferred, Part-time possible Efficiently and accurately pick and pack orders and prepare for shipment. Apply UPC stickers, packaging, etc. to product and wholesale/drop ship orders as required. Accurately stage stocked products according to order pack lists, and scheduling requirements for printing teams. Package and QC custom goods coming off the printing press, preparing for shipment. Ship packages via UPS, FedEx, USPS on shipping workstations as well as prepare freight for international and domestic pickup/deliveries. Maintains positive work environment with all warehouse and office staff. Make local pickups or deliveries as needed. Help to maintain clean, safe and organized work space and warehouse. Assist with inventory counts. With keen attention to detail and proper safety processes, use darkroom equipment and wash out booth to help printing team in screen making and reclamation. Understand and maintain speed and efficiency in the warehouse. Maintain accuracy with particular attention to detail. Operate in the highest standards of a safe work environment. Ability to safely lift, carry and manage inventory. Safe driving record and current OR driver’s license preferred, not required. Preferred Education and Experience Forklift (optional) and pallet jack operation experience/certifications Shipping or warehouse experience Other Duties We are looking for Full-time or Part-time (regularly scheduled) employees.
