Summary/Objective This position is responsible for the print design applied on the Silipint products. Position Requirements Full-time preferred, Part-time considered Open, clear & direct communication skills. Operate a variety of printing production equipment. Including printing machines, dark room equipment, wash-out stations, belt/tunnel dryer, and compression hoses. Achieve perfect artwork alignment, coverage and detail with screen printing, adjusting machinery and tactics as applicable. Burn, wash and reclaim screens using darkroom equipment and safe practices for chemical processing. Help to perform preventative maintenance on equipment in the printing department. Keep a clean, tidy workstation and be willing to contribute positively and proactively to the cleanliness and safety needs of our warehouse. Successfully carry out printing process controls to maintain production efficiencies and high-quality standards as established. Positively contribute to and be aware of all printing and shipping team collaborations, duties, run rates, supplies and expectations to meet production timelines and custom order details. Ability to troubleshoot problems and find solutions or ask for help while still being independent and productive. Extremely process driven and detail oriented for screen print preparation, production and cleanup. Mechanically inclined, making safe and efficient adjustments to screen printing equipment. Understanding of color theory for ink mixing and desire for perfection. Ability to safely lift Silipint products and operate screen printing machinery, and a willingness to abide by the safety standards set forth in the warehouse.
