We work very hard to provide high-quality feeder rodents and insects for California's top retailers and reptile breeders, and our hard work pays off in big ways. Who you are: - You are a driven, energetic self-starter who works well independently or as part of a team to achieve goals - You are respectful and open minded, able to interact professionally with people from all walks of life - You have reliable transportation and are willing to commute to Wilton, CA - You are available 15-30 hours per week, with a potential for full-time hours in the future - You are physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. - You are experienced and comfortable working with live animals including: rats, mice, mealworms, superworms, and phoenix worms (black soldier fly larvae) - You are comfortable performing a variety of tasks including cleaning animal enclosures, coming into contact with soiled bedding, handling feed which may include wheat and shellfish products, general janitorial tasks and maintaining worksite cleanliness, and performing humane feeder rodent euthanasia when necessary - You are over 18 and legally entitled to work in the state of California Compensation will be based on experience.
