No We are seeking a skilled, reliable general laborer to join our growing company. In this position, you will be responsible for clean up, demolition work, assisting contractors, and following all site health and safety regulations. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential. Duties Follow project instructions from construction manager or supervisor Clean and clear debris and hazardous materials Complete demolition work safely Provide assistance to contractors (i.e. craft workers, electricians, painters) as needed Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks Requirements Must have reliable transportation to reach different jobsites Knowledge of how to use hand operated power tools Must be 18 years of age Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds Must be comfortable climbing up tall ladders, working at elevated levels Positive attitude and work ethic Able to work independently or as an active member of a team Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management English and Spanish fluency a plus Pay will depend on experience $18- $25 E-mail your resume
