Seeking Full and Equal Partner in starting & operating a full service boarding & training facility with particularly unique qualities which are only shared by about 5 or less facilities in the entire country. I'm more than happy to provide complete information on the the plans I have for the facility, but must have a signed Non-disclosure agreement due to the rarity, uniqueness and pure profitability of the idea. I also plan to slowly begin a breeding program that produces highly athletic, competetive, sport horses with some in very rare colors. I've already developed the relationships with highly successful breeders of horses possessing superlative athleticism suitable for the highest levels of competition whether in Dressage, Show Jumping, Eventing, Hunters, etc., as well as uniq;ue, rare coloring ranging from black to grullos, duns, red/bay/buckskins & -duns (dunskins), palomino duns (dunalino) to all shades of roans, all paint patterns: Tobianos, Overos, Splash Whites to Dominant White/or Maximum Expressed White to the universally appealing Champagne color which looks different depending upon the base color of the horse. One can begin buying stock for breeding at low prices such as a quality, athletic and well bred warmblood broodemare for $2000 and UNDER and for the sake of this explanation let's say the mare is chestnut. The cost of breeding her to say, a *high quality* cremello stallion run about $1200 in breeding fees, yet will result in a guaranteed palomino or buckskin baby. I also have a few other ideas which will keep the business earning money all year round AND I have been looking into loans and grants from the USDA and FSA as well as loans ranging from $750,000 to $10,000,000.
