I have two flooring jobs that I would like done: 1) A small 3' x 6' area in the basement in front of my walk-up entrance where the engineered / laminated wood was damaged. I would like to either replace the engineered / laminated wood in this area or have tiles put in this small area. 2) the hardwood stairway from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor currently has a carpet runner in its center that I would like replaced. I think this runner is a combination of glued down and nailed, but I am not sure. I would like this small area of carpet, probably about 6 square yards, replaced.
