Job involves troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance relative to mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems, structural elements, maintenance, minor repair on interior and exterior areas of multiple properties. This is not limited to painting, drywall, structural elements, including parking lot and sidewalks, plumbing repairs, exterior lighting including lamp, fuse and ballast replacement. Some on call hours.
