Realtor wanted. I’ve been looking for a single floor unattached patio home or condo for three years. My agent sends me MLS updates every day but he does not go through the MLS updates to notify me of one that is particularly interesting to what I’ve been looking for. He tells me he cannot go through all the MLS updates for all his clients every day. So he’s too busy for the personal one on one service I need. I want someone who is actively searching for a property that I describe and have been seeking for a long time. Many times I open the MLS update, (which is not every single day), I find a property in there that I might’ve been interested in but it is sold within one day of listing. I am never going to find what I want if I have to be checking my email every day for the correct listing to hit my inbox.
