ESTABLISHED POOL COMPANY SEEKING ASSISTANT CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT Our company is a design/build firm established in 1983 specializing in high end residential pools, hardscape and outdoor living environments. The company is located in Lewisville and building pools in Highland Park, University Park, Dallas, Frisco and Flower Mound. We are offering a qualified candidate the opportunity to learn and assist in all phases of pool construction. The candidate must be a self motivated, hardworking individual that has good communication skills. This position has great potential for advancement. Responsibilities include: * Assist in day to day pool construction. * Start up new pools. * Maintain clean job sites. * Pick up equipment and supplies from suppliers. * Learn construction standards to assure accurate specifications are being implemented. * Build and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers. * Quality control on installations and materials being supplied and installed. * Daily communication with company supervisor regarding projects. * Accurate timeline on projects turned in weekly. Requirements: * Individual must be hardworking and self motivated. * Construction knowledge in the pool/building industry is preferred. * Attention to detail is a must. * Bilingual applicant preferred. * A valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving history. * Must pass background check and drug test. Employee Benefits * The applicant that is selected will be paid a weekly salary (salary based on experience) with paid holidays and vacation time, truck furnished or vehicle allowance provided and benefits.
