Up and coming apartment community searching for a RELIABLE person willing to learn. Opening is for an all around general labor position as of the moment. This is not a complicated job I can promise you that. Pay is weekly and you get 40 hours a week with room for growth. Right now your position will consist of just cleaning the interior of the property. The name of the complex is Garfield Park Apartments. or liveatgarfield.com to check them out. Your main daily job duties will consist of. Sweeping and mopping all nine building common areas and laundry rooms. Cleaning windows on common area entrance and rear doors. Helping out around the office. Cleaning apartments after someone moves out and they have been remodeled to make them ready for new tenant. Etc. Just all around help in general. Please be reliable and willing to show up to work that's all we ask. Like I stated this job isn't rocket science and we will take care of good people who are willing to stay around and do what's expected day to day. Men and Women both encouraged to apply. 40 hours a week. 12/hr position for first thirty days then 13/hr after that and after 6 months 14 an hour.
