The locally owned growing company is hiring a maintenance person for a newer apartment complex. The ideal candidate must have a working knowledge of HVAC and pool systems. Also, possession of HVAC and pool licenses are mandatory. Must be able to repair and troubleshoot A/C and any other apartment equipment, including appliances. Additionally, a proven track record of at least THREE YEARS EXPERIENCE in apartment maintenance is necessary. Candidate must have reliable transportation, Driver's License, and necessary tools. We strive to maintain a drug-free environment; therefore, all applicants are subject to a drug test. The company pays all benefits, including Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, 401K pension plan, and apartment discounts. Starting wages are $18.00 per hour, plus bonuses.
