CakeSafe, LLC is a fast-growing company located in Wakefield, RI. We design, manufacture, and sell products designed for use in the baking and cake decorating industry. We strive to provide the highest level of customer service possible, and we are currently seeking a Shipping Assistant to join our team. • This position provides support to our shipping department and is an opportunity to help us grow and maintain our standards of quality and readiness to the meet the increasing demand for our products. As a member of the shipping team there will be many opportunities to learn and grow within our company. This is a small company that enjoys teaching and learning from each other and we strive to produce a high quality product and work environment for everyone. Duties and Responsibilities: • Assisting shipper with picking products from inventory, and packing up orders for shipment both word wide and Amazon stock. • General all around assistant to production and shipping teams. Qualifications: • The ability to learn and retain work procedures • Detail oriented and ability exercise care and attention performing tasks • A good sense of humor is a plus • Schedule & Pay: • CakeSafe offers a competitive pay. M-F, flexible schedule offered • 15-30 Hours per Week to start. • Starting Pay: $12.50 per hour during training with immediate raise to $13.00 upon completion of training period with the potential to increase hourly rate as skills and knowledge base grows.
