His mother, the day after he died, said he died of two strokes. The dementocrats suppressed the truth, lying about the officer’s death while exploiting his death as something republicans did, wanted and praised. The dementocrats claimed President Trump incited violence that killed him. If he did not die from his injuries, that dementocrats and bolshevik libs lied about, then he did not die of all the accusatory claims they have made.
