Anyone know a cheap roofer to patch a hole

I’m looking for help...Does anyone know a roofer who can repair a 12”x12” hole in my neighbors garage roof..A branch from my tree came down and put a hole straight through it, clean cut straight threw...Looks like it needs a piece of plywood, a piece of roof paper or whatever they call the stuff under the shingles, and a few shingles of light gray color...I’m guessing it cost a few hundred, that’s what my guy told me. Can anyone help me out.,,
