Hello, We have 2 studios available for rehearsals or music teaching in our building. Located on a second floor; first floor is a coffee shop. If you are a teacher, you get exposure via the coffee shop. Performing opportunities in the coffee shop available as well. The studios are about 130 sq. ft. One studio has a piano available. We do monthly or hourly rentals ($10 per hour). We also have a lager space on the first floor that is $40 per hour and available daily after 7 PM for rehearsals.
