Need someone to assemble and cut 9 window blinds

Hi, I need someone to assemble and cut the top part of my blinds. All you need to do is attach the mounting brackets at the top of each vinyl window blind and also cut about two inches off the top because they are all 2 inches to wide and hang them. Must have an electric drill, screwdriver, electric saw, and tape measure. Shouldn't take more than an hour. 100 dollars for the job.
