You have no felony convictions. You are willing to participate in an extensive background check. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Fertilizer and nutrient management of crops, including mixing fertilizer. • Mixing and applying chemicals including growth regulators, fungicides, and insecticides. • Monitoring crops for growth, health, insects and diseases and communicating findings with Grower Lead. • Moving, Spacing, and cutting crops..Job Duties - Hand Trimming, Cleaning, Bucking, De-fanning, Cleaning. Trimmers are primarily responsible for the efficient processing of marijuana flower. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana being trimmed, adjusting techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality. Will train for the right individual
