Tech 1 Responsibilities: Confidently trains in front of customers Comfortably transports A-frame and bi-folding ladders in and around customers homes Comfortably work on roof tops and at heights above 2 stories Work at high pace for hours with little breaks Conversate with customers Tech 1 Qualifications: Must be comfortable working at heights above 28 ft and on roof tops (once trained to do so) Must be customer service oriented Must be able to balance speed and efficiency with high quality Valid Drivers License No felonies * Tech 2 Responsibilities: Assist field supervisor in managing of projects Manage small team of technicians to efficiently complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, screen repair, and holiday lighting projects Clean windows up to 3 stories high Clean vaulted ceiling windows inside of home with extension ladder Disassemble storm doors and windows to properly clean Oversee lower level technicians in training of these same responsibilities Greet customers, confirm estimates, and take payments Tech 2 Qualifications: Valid Drivers license Strong customer service skills at least 6 months experience cleaning windows and other applicable services Team oriented Comfortable working at heights up to 40' Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour + Commission, bonuses, and overtime
