Carpet Cleaning Technicians. Experience or no experience. Must be good with people and willing to pull your own weight. You will become a member of a friendly and great team of employees that has a long history of making clients very happy. The job is never the same and never boring since you will work with different technicians each day, and our work is done at our client’s homes and businesses. Our company takes great pride in quality work and caring customer service. $200 SIGNING BONUS IF YOU ARE HIRED AS AN ASSISTANT, WE ARE WANTING TO TRAIN YOU TO BE A LEAD TECHNICIAN. WE ARE NOT WANTING YOU TO STAY IN THE ASSISTANT POSITION. Starting Pay: • Assistant Technicians - $10.00 per hour for assistants. • Lead Technicians - $12.00 per hour PLUS commission for lead technicians. Overall rate usually averages between $14.00 - $20.00. • Bonuses – Weekly bonuses based on performance. • Paid vacation • Although tips are never solicited, technicians occasionally receive tips on jobs. Customer tips can vary from no tip at all to sometimes very generous. Qualifications Needed: • Must be dependable and trustworthy. • Must be 18 years of age. • Must have a valid Texas driver's license and be willing to drive. • Must be able to pass a criminal background check. • Must be team oriented and have strong work ethic.
