Prospera Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician and Porter in the San Antonio TX area. The Maintenance Technician will maintaining buildings and perform tasks including caulking, painting, basic painting, basic electrical, plumbing, repairing windows, flooring, janitorial. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, maintain the physical appearance, curb appeal and upkeep of the property. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Porter - This is an entry level position, three months related experience needed. Valid Class “C” Texas Driver’s License required • Maintenance Technician - 2-5 years experience required. Valid Class “C” Texas Driver’s License required.
