Essential Job Functions Duties and Responsibilities Service Professional Functions Conduct and record work or treatments provided to customers' homes or places of businesses. Inspect premises to identify infestation source and extent of damage to property, wall or roof porosity and access to infested locations. Recommend treatment and prevention methods for pest problems to customers. Apply, mix, and work with pesticides in accordance with state and federal regulations. Set mechanical traps or place poisonous past or bait in areas needed. Respond to requests from the Branch Manager (s); identify and locate appropriate personnel as needed. Provide daily customer pest concerns or issues with a professional and timely matter.
