GAC Services is an award-winning HVAC and electrical company in Gaithersburg, MD and is currently looking for Experienced and Lead HVAC Install Technicians who are reliable, can work in a team-based environment and help continue to push our company forward. Experience is required and licenses/certifications preferred. Qualifications and requirements: Possess a valid drives license, has experience operating a motor vehicle, and is able to provide a clean driving record Experience installing FAC, HPS, and Ductless HVAC systems. Understand the sequence of operations of an HVAC system and the ability to troubleshoot potential start up issues. Ability to calculate sub-cool, super-heat, cfms, static pressure and necessary data when starting up a HVAC system. Knowledgeable about Montgomery County, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC code requirements. Job functions include but are not limited to: Working in tight conditions Working outside in harsh conditions Working with power tools Brazing, low voltage, high voltage Duct modifications Installation of HP systems and FAC systems Installation of IAQ products.
