Unity of Gaithersburg Is having a Food, Cleaning Supplies, and Business Clothing Drive! Saturday, April 24, 2021 from 9:00am to 12:00pm at 111 Central Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD 20877 We will be collecting food for Manna Food Center and cleaning and personal supplies, as well as gently used business clothing for A Wider Circle. For Manna Food Center we are collecting: Instant oatmeal (original flavor), brown rice (16 oz.), whole grain pasta (16 oz.), canned tuna, chicken, or salmon in water, dry or canned beans (low sodium), natural nut butters, canned vegetables (low sodium), canned fruit in juice, fruit cups, shelf stable individual milk boxes, cooking oil and spices, baby formula, baby food For a Wider Circle we are collecting: - Kitchen Items – pots & pans, sets of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils - Blankets, Sheets, and Towels – in new or gently used condition - New Personal Care Items (toothbrushes, tooth paste, deodorant, shampoo, etc.) - New Cleaning Supplies - Baby Clothing – up to size 4T, diapers - Professional Attire –in new or gently used condition (these dress items go to potential job applicants in AWC’s Workforce Development Program) Please wear a mask!
