Our company is seeking an experienced Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration Technician to join our team. While we prefer applicants with some commercial cleaning experience, we will provide training if you have a positive attitude and are willing to work hard. This position mainly involves physical tasks, but you must also provide customer service, as necessary. Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration Technician Duties and Responsibilities • Inspect carpet and upholstery for stains and other signs of wear • Provide deep cleaning services. • Perform tile and grout cleaning. • Perform vinyl plank cleaning. • Move or cover furniture as needed. • Perform water extractions and set dry equipment. • Maintain a clean and safe work area including work vehicle. Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration Technician Requirements and Qualifications • A high school diploma or GED preferred (not required) • Commercial carpet cleaning experience a plus • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Physical stamina • Attention to detail. • Pass a criminal background check.
