INSTALLERS - Seeking full-time installers with own tools and reliable transportation. Responsibilities: Skilled Tradesman, excellent attitude and ability to work well with others. Organized, detail and quality oriented and ability to work with hand tools and power tools. Ability to be certified in construction equipment and to read blueprints and layout drawings. Ability to work in physically demanding jobs, including standing, kneeling, bending, lifting (up 50+ pounds regularly) and working at varying heights. Timely and accurate completion of essential responsibilities. Strong interpersonal skills and focus on customer satisfaction. Able to work in various environmental conditions, including; various temperatures and varying noise levels. Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Follow directions, instructions, and guidance Performs punch work and/or fine adjustments to product in the field. Requirements: Must have current Driver’s License. Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs, stand for 8+ hours a day, overtime/weekends as needed. Experienced in operation of hand and power tools. Communication Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as shop drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to understand and speak English Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a benefit.
