We have two young Akita's that are in need of a new forever home with the right family. Bear is a 2 yr old fixed male and Eve is a 1 yr old fixed female. Both are great with people and do great when they are out in public. They need room to run and be active, must have a tall fence or country property and no other animals. During the large spring storm, snow drifts gave them access over our fence into a neighbor's yard. While they have been friendly with the neighbor dogs in the past, that day a fight started and our neighbor and his dog were injured in his attempt to stop the fight. We cannot keep them and are looking to rehome them within the next week. We can provide some supplies (collars, leashes, bowls, food, etc.). We love our fur babies and will only rehome to the right home with the right people. They are large dogs and require experienced caregivers. Bear is about 110 lbs. and Eve is around 90 lbs. They LOVE the snow, their humans and are fully house broken. They are purebred and have papers to be registered AKC if desired. We are open to rehoming separately as we realize they are a big commitment. Again, our biggest concern is that they go to a good and loving home.
