Oreo needs a furever home

Oreo is a 1yr old male. He was neutered two weeks ago but unfortunately a family emergency has come up and we must let him go. I’m asking $40 for the cost of neutering him, but he will come with litter and the box, food and dishes, crate, deterrent spray for furniture, and an engraved collar.
