Level 1 General Laborers, NO experience start at $15 Hour Level 2 General Laborers, Landscape, construction and equipment experience Start at $16 Hour Crew Leaders, 2 Years Landscape Construction Experience $18 Hour + Foreman, Minimum 5 Years Landscape Construction Experience. $21 Hour We are a 20 year old, award winning hardscaping Landscape company that installs a lot of brick patios, outdoor kitchens and bars, retaining walls, lawn grading, and water features. We are looking to fill multiple experienced or non experienced entry level Laborer positions with career minded individuals. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively. Push wheelbarrows to move products from back yards to street. Pack your lunch everyday and bring water with. There is a porta john on almost all of our job sites as well. NO LAWN MOWING!! Snow Removal opportunities in the winter months. We have a full time sales team, office personal, and lots of experienced great guys to work with and help train you. Quarterly Bonuses based on Job performance. A driver license is required, a CLEAN Driving record according to our insurance company is preferred, and a CDL gets you bonus points and more $ per hour. Equipment operating experience gets you a higher starting pay as well!! No equipment experience or CDL? We will teach you how to run everything from an edger to an excavator and get you on your path to becoming a lead foreman earning $50,000 + annually. Hours are 7 am start time, M-F and the crews are generally done by 5 pm. NO Saturdays!! We offer the BEST Health, Dental and eye insurance after 60 days.
