*SIGNAGE INSTALLER* JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced installer to hire for local signage install projects on a contract basis. You will help install signs at (primarily) apartment complexes locally, in the DFW Metroplex, in different cities within Texas, and possible out-of-state travel. The types of signs range from small interior ADA signs, banners, vinyl, to larger exterior signs and post & panel signs. REQUIREMENTS Install jobs safely, accurately, and on-time Install non-electrical signs on buildings and inside of buildings Install non-electrical signs in the ground Apply vinyl graphics to almost any surface, including various substrates, windows, and more Travel to vendors to pick up and transport signs to jobs in a safe manner Read and comprehend scaled drawings and accurately read measuring tools to install signs safely, accurately and professionally Take photography of installed projects and share with Dodd for verification of install completion / quality Communicate with on-site GCs and property teams in a professional and respectful matter High attention to detail and quality Strong organizational skills Ability to handle physically demanding workload Ability to prioritize and multitask Works outdoors in all weather conditions Work at heights and use personal protective equipment Able to read install documents and blue prints with accuracy Great communication skills Professionalism Reliable and responsible Great problem solver Strong work ethic and positive attitude Requires up-to-date and active liability insurance
