We're looking for key players to join our painter crews in the Dallas, TX region as we take on large scale, complex projects in the immediate area and all over the country and make them simple for the benefit of our customers. Our painting and flooring crews install high-performance materials on industrial coating projects, implement the latest in equipment technology to diamond grind polish concrete floors, and apply durable, long-lasting paint systems to pre-cast concrete buildings - just to name a few of the many challenging projects we tackle every day. Excellent health and dental insurance 401K retirement plan Paid vacation Structured growth/development plan for individual employees Minimum Requirements Minimum 1-year experience as a Commercial/Industrial Painter Basic hand tools used in our trade Available to travel Ability to work well in a team atmosphere Understand basic job site safety requirements Flexible schedule Willing to submit to the drug screen and background check Valid Drivers license Work Location This is a position which might have you working 75%+ travel and can include additional hourly pay for out of market work, overtime eligibility if worked over 40 hours in a week, per diem compensation for food and other expenses, paid hotel accommodations, travel provided to projects and remote markets. Local Dallas/Fort Worth area candidates strongly preferred.
