The PM will work outdoors the majority of the time and will have many roles) Working with a team Strong communication Gain knowledge of plant material Complete other duties as assigned - (Treating lawns, property care, planting etc.) Job Expectations: As a trusted manager you will develop and maintain relationships with clients and property managers Meet regularly with the branch manager Review the landscape on a regular basis ensuring our quality standards are met Pro-actively present property enhancement ideas to existing customers Utilize MasterScapes software program in creating proposals Prioritize safety throughout our operation Doing what it takes to help us be successful and ensure your future growth as well as ours Preferred Skills and Experience: Landscape: 1 year (preferred) - (willing to train the right candidate) Commercial/residential landscape industry: 1 year (preferred) - (willing to train the right candidate) An organized, efficient and detail-oriented person Previous supervisory role(s) Knowledge of basic turf and horticulture practices, perennials, shrubs, trees, and specimen plant material - (willing to train the right candidate) Communication required through multiple tech platforms (email, text, online) as well as in person) Willingness to be coach-able and exceed expectations with hitting company goals Knowledge of computers, basic software MasterScapes is a great place to work We offer: Positive company culture.
