Local property management firm seeks turnkey construction crew for renovations on units in Riverside, Murray Hill, and San Marco areas. Must have proficiency or access to proficiency in all construction trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, paint, etc.) Must be able to give reasonable notice on material requirements so that they can be ordered in time to not interfere with work schedule. Must be able to transport materials to and from supply store. Must be able to commit to start / end dates Must have minimum crew members necessary (4-6) for completing full house renovations. Must be able to commit to a written contract with strict deadlines and draw schedules. Failure to commit to a contract will void the contract and require us to seek alternative assistance. Must keep a professional demeanor (appropriate dress, no drinking or drugs on the jobsite, etc.) Must have excellent communication skills (email and text communications will be expected) Must not cut corners, all work is expected to be at finish level (no more than 1/8th caulking maximum on finished products.)
